No shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, colleges, universities or hospitals. (Shipments confined to Continental USA ONLY) At this time we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. numaade is unable to ship over the weekend or on holidays due to the perishable nature of our products. 

Shipping: We only ship Monday-Wednesday via USPS Priority 1-2 Day Air (for certain orders, processing times & situations, faster shipment and arrival may happen). Depending on weight and product amount, some orders may have to be shipped in 2 separate boxes/packages. Social Bakehouse Cafe will notify you if that is the case.

All orders must be received by Friday 3pm CST in order to be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. If your order is placed Friday after 3pm it'll roll onto the following weeks shipment. Ex: An order placed on Saturday, will be received that coming Friday and processed within 7-10 business days.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail within 24-48 hours confirming your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, Social Bakehouse Cafe will provide you with the USPS tracking number.

Store Pickup: Once your order has been placed and received via email, you will receive an e-mail within 72 hours confirming your order and pickup date/time.

Social Bakehouse Cafe items are homemade, no preservatives and is loaded with natural flavors and ingredients. Therefore, some items have a limited shelf life of 3-5 days from date of shipping. Upon arrival and depending on what product you order, we recommend you consume your items right away or within a 1-2 days OR placing in the refrigerator or freezer. 

All orders are drop shipped, will leave at front door if no one home. numaade is NOT responsible for abandoned packages (recipient not home). No deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Social Bakehouse Cafe is not responsible for incorrect address or zip codes. Frozen items or items that need to be refrigerated ship with dry ice/ice packets, must be eaten upon arrival or within 1-3 days. 

It’s USPS responsibility to deliver your package. numaade is not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages as that is out of our hands. If something happens to your package, you must contact USPS and file a claim with them to receive a refund. numaade is not Responsible For Weather Delays Or Cancelations Because Of Weather!

Due to the perishable delicate nature of our products, we aren’t able to accept returns or issue refunds whatsoever; no exceptions. To protect Social Bakehouse Cafe recipes, we’re unable to provide exact ingredients, names of our suppliers or brands we use.

Can I modify my order after I placed it?
We can’t guarantee that you can, but contact us immediately at or (817) 274-4200 and if we have not already shipped or processed your order, we’ll be glad to make changes for you.
